This phase of the work addresses all the technical requirements for the project. Here we will provide all the information to not only satisfy the requirements of the Approved Building Control Officer, but also provide the appointed builder with the key detail they will need to cost-up, develop the design and build out the project.

We will also liaise with the other consultants (Structural Engineers, Energy Performance Consultants, etc) that may be needed to complete the Building Regs Package.
