Double garage & 1st floor games room

Our objective was to design a double garage with a loft space / games room that was in keeping the main house. The 1st floor loft was to also to include a shower room so it could be used as a guest bedroom if needed.

Tip of the day...using dormer windows and Velux roof lights adds valuable natural daylight to a loft space whilst at the same time, providing architectural interest to the room.
