Single storey rear extension & kitchen refurbishment to a Grade II listed building
This beautiful Grade II listed building had a kitchen that was no longer meeting our clients needs. Both the kitchen and the rear gardens felt isolated from the rest of the house. Our brief was to change the dynamic of the East wing by refurbishing the existing kitchen and adding a new, combined family / dining room to the rear of the plot, thus creating a much-needed social element to our client's life-style. Being a Grade II listed building, much care was taken to ensure that the extension complemented the existing house.
