Single storey rear extension

Our brief for the project was to introduce a single storey rear extension that would open up the middle and back of the house to create an open-plan kitchen, living and dining space. We were also asked to design the space so that the existing rear extension roof was retained, whilst ensuring the structure conformed to the guidelines of Permitted Development.
